International Shipping

Change Address / Email / Billing / Cancel or Pause Subscription
You can edit your address, email, and billing details using your customer portal link located here. You can also cancel or pause your subscription here as well.

Shipment Date / Wait Time
Print Club orders are mailed near the end of the previous month so they arrive during the first week of the featured month. This way, members can enjoy and display each month’s print throughout the month it’s meant for.
**You will receive an email when your print is on its way. Please allow allow up to 14 business days after your fulfillment email for US orders, and up to 30 business days internationally.**

Tracking
The print club is mailed with stamps to seep your membership affordable! So, unfortunately, there is no tracking on print club orders.

Sign-Up Period
The sign up period ends on the 27th of each month. Example:
Dec 28-Jan 27 → February Letter
Jan 28-Feb 27 → March Letter
Feb 28-Mar 27 → April Letter
Payment Overlap
When you join at the beginning of a sign up period, (28th - 31st) there may be some overlap in your payments before receiving your first print. Rest assured every transaction corresponds to a unique print!

Catch Up on Previous Prints
You can catch up on previous months at the Catch Up Prints page. These prints ship at the end of each month, at the same time as the regular Print Club mailing. They ship in separate envelopes from the regular mailing, so expect multiple items in your mail! If they do not arrive at the same time, please allow a few days.

Your data is only used for internal marketing purposes and will never be sold to outside sources.

All original and print sizes are in inches!

Return Policy
All sales are final. Prints are made to order, so Joy is unable to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.

Processing Time
Art Prints are printed on demand and take up to 7-9 days to be printed and shipped. You will recieve tracking once your order has shipped.
Originals are shipped within 2 weeks or as detailed on product page. -
Ship Time
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 4-5 business days. Please allow up to 21 days for international orders.

Secure Payment
All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways to ensure your personal and financial information is protected.
We utilize industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption and payment verification protocols, to safeguard every transaction made through our store.
Orders are subject to verification and review. In some cases, we may request additional confirmation or cancel orders that appear to be high-risk, incomplete, or inconsistent with standard fraud prevention measures.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion to protect both our customers and our business from unauthorized or fraudulent activity.
Shipped Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or shipping carrier directly using your tracking number (provided in your shipping confirmation email).
In many cases, packages may be held for pickup or delivered to a secure location nearby. We recommend checking with neighbors or your local postal facility before reaching out.
Please note: once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within a reasonable timeframe so we can evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
For packages that are lost in transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first for updates. We will also assist in opening a claim when applicable.
While we will make every reasonable effort to help locate lost shipments or assist with carrier claims, refunds for lost packages are not guaranteed and are subject to the carrier’s determination.
In cases where an item is confirmed lost, we may offer a replacement at our discretion, depending on availability.
Original Artwork Policy
Please note that original artwork is one-of-a-kind and cannot be replaced. In the event of loss, damage, or delivery issues involving original artwork, resolution will be handled on a case-by-case basis in coordination with the shipping carrier.
